Can I change or cancel my order?
Because every item is made to order, we begin processing soon after your purchase. If you need to make a change, contact us as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
As each item is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected
- Change of mind
- Incorrect color selected

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We'll work quickly to make it right.
My item doesn't fit. Can I exchange it?
Because every item is printed specifically for each customer, we're unable to offer exchanges for sizing.
We strongly recommend checking the size chart before ordering.

Are your designs printed or embroidered?
All Petsypoles designs are professionally printed using high-quality printing methods that produce vibrant colours and long-lasting detail.
How do I care for my apparel?
For the best results:
- Machine wash cold, inside out
- Wash with similar colors
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not bleach
- Do not iron directly over the printed design
